Palladium Hotels & Resorts is enhancing its Mexico and Caribbean products

Americans have been enjoying all-inclusive vacations at Palladium Hotels & Resorts since the early 1990s, when the brand was first introduced to the Caribbean by its parent company, Spain-based Fiesta Hotel Group. Today, there are 10 Palladium properties, with a total of 5,001 rooms under the sub-brands Grand Palladium, Palladium and Royal Suites by Palladium, across Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. However, the company is opening its first Brazil resort in August and also has plans for a third property in Jamaica.

“One of our greatest strengths is the service that we deliver to our guests, and, because of that, many of our clients are loyal to our brands,” says Abel Matutes Prats, CEO of Fiesta Hotel Group.

When it opens this August, the Grand Palladium Imbassaí Resort & Spa, located in Salvador de Bahía, Brazil, will be home to 654 junior suites and a spa of more than 21,000 square feet in addition to swimming pools, children’s clubs, live entertainment, meeting space, multiple restaurants and a wedding gazebo.

“I’m sure that many of the American guests whom we receive in Brazil will have already been to our Caribbean resorts and will want to try our newest location, but we’re also signing contracts with U.S. wholesalers who specialize in Brazil, so I’m confident that we’ll also have American guests who will try us for the first time,” Matutes Prats notes.
