Jersey Shore CVB Elects Executive Board of Directors

The Jersey Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau announced the election of its Executive Board of Directors for 2010. All of the volunteer positions are vital to the success of the organization in its ongoing commitment to developing business and leisure travel to Monmouth and Ocean counties. The newly elected officers, a strategically aligned group of top regional destination leaders, are: Chair Sophia Mangalee, marketing manager Monmouth Park, Oceanport; Vice Chair Bob Hilton, Blue Bay Inn, Atlantic Highlands; Vice Chair Gary Pollack, regional sales manager, Six Flags Great Adventure, Jackson; and Secretary Toby Wolf, advertising manager, Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, Point Pleasant.


The Jersey Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau will present its 2010 Goals and Strategies to the general membership at their annual meeting on Jan. 2, at 6 p.m. at the Staybridge Suites, 4 Industrial Way East, Eatontown. All Jersey Shore CVB members and community partners interested in becoming involved with the organization are encouraged to attend. Newly appointed board members will be sworn in during the meeting.
