Norwegian Epic Hosts Macy's July 4 Fireworks Spectacular

Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Norwegian Epic, set the stage for the most successful NBC telecast of the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular in three years. The ship, which is the largest ever to dock in New York, hosted the fireworks event as part of its inaugural festivities in New York, July 2 to 4. Emceed by NBC celebrities Nick Cannon and Alison Sweeney, with musical performances by Justin Bieber, Enrique Iglesias and LeAnn Rimes, the live show took place aboard Epic and propelled the NBC telecast to the No. 1 spot across all networks for the evening, hitting a three-year high in ratings.
